You support our team as

• As a lubricant developer, you will process development applications and coordinate their technical implementation
• From the idea to laboratory and pilot samples - you develop our products to series production readiness
• You will draw up proposals for the selection of raw materials and develop alternatives with our raw materials management team
• You create the necessary documents in the course of development and use them in particular for formulations, manufacturing specifications, functional specifications, FMEA, laboratory reports and test plans
• You work closely with other specialist departments in interdisciplinary team
