Chemical Mixing Associate JOB RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS (include but are not limited to) -Must have good analytical and math skills -Must have good written and verbal communications skills -Must have the ability to work independently while accomplishing numerous job requirements -Must have a record of dependability and good attendance -Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including holidays and weekends) DUTIES (include but are not limited to) -Report to Chemical Mixing Manager. -Follow production schedule for chemical mixing. Gather all materials needed for production and follow written instructions to manufacture products. -Inspect incoming materials and place into inventory, following FIFO guidelines -Rotate chemical inventory as needed -Prepare orders for shipment per customer requirements -Inspect, monitor, and operate all equipment relating to chemical mixing operations (pumps, mixing tanks, forklifts, meters, etc.) -Monitor/record all required information (tank levels, chemical usage, weights, etc.) -Maintain Chemical Mixing areas, and keep in good condition and actively participate in 5S and improvement programs Hours are Monday-Friday 1st shift

Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for following production schedules to manufacture chemical products and operating mixing equipment. They must also manage inventory, prepare shipments, and maintain the workspace according to 5S standards.
