Key Responsibilities: * Follow initiatives to enhance quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity while reducing costs. * Gain expertise in operating equipment through hands-on training. * Collaborate with the QC lab and R&D teams. * Build production batches and maintain accurate batch paperwork. * Load and unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds. * Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and submit repair work orders. * Maintain a safe and organized work area, following 6S principles. * Work together with your team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and perform other assigned duties. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED. * 1-3 years of related operator experience preferred. * Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 90 days). * Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently on daily tasks. * Familiarity with ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
