WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re an experienced and enthusiastic engineer who thrives on variety and solving complex problems. You’ll bring:

  • 5–10 years’ experience in process or chemical engineering
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Experience in food, beverage, or dairy industries (preferred but not required)
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in chemical or process engineering

Responsibilities

As a Process or Chemical Engineer, you will lead and contribute to projects for high-profile food and dairy industry clients. You’ll be involved from initial design to onsite delivery. Key responsibilities:

  • Design, optimise, and implement efficient process systems
  • Lead feasibility studies, concept development, and costing
  • Manage project execution from design through commissioning
  • Travel to client sites across the UK and potentially Europe
  • Solve real-world engineering challenges with autonomy and creativity
