QUALIFICATIONS

· High School Diploma.
· Math problem solving and creative thinking skills.
· Requires the use of a respirator.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.

· Experience in a warehouse/plant/manufacturing

• Must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.

· Operate chemical process equipment within safe operating ranges.
· Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence.
· Support improvements in Safety, Quality and Production.
· Conduct simple preventive maintenance.
· Troubleshoot process related issues such as pumps, equipment, and processes.
· Take samples and send to lab for testing.
· Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the unit and equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample results.
· Knowledge in starting, stopping, and adjusting machinery and process equipment.
· Understanding and performing Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.
