REQUIREMENTS:
- PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related field (master degree may be considered with extensive experience)
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role managing a team of scientists within a research and development environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative analytical methods for various applications
- In-depth knowledge of instrumental analysis techniques and their applications as well as data evaluation software
- Excellent leadership and management competencies
- Fluent in English and German
