Responsibilities

As a Chemical Services Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing, monitoring, and assessing chemical injection systems and production fluids to ensure customer quality
  • Maintaining chemical and inventory surveillance and operating functions to ensure correct rates of operation
  • Troubleshooting and correcting customer systems to resolve production related challenges and to ensure optimization of well performance
  • Overseeing product dosage rates and application changes for customer specifications to meet defined objectives
  • Providing technical guidance for mobilization and demobilization of chemical injection systems to ensure safety and performance
  • Placing orders of products, chemicals and delivering them to customers to ensure required inventory and stock level

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a technical diploma, Degree or equivalent, related work experience
  • Show good, general technical knowledge of company’s products and services and their applications to customer needs and requirements
  • Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problems
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and have a structured efficient approach to responding to customer needs
  • Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication skills
  • Show a good understanding of IT such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Be able to travel and work between Swift Current and Kindersley
  • Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environmen
