Description Department: Chemical Status: Non-Exempt We are seeking a qualified Chemical and Dish machine Service Technician who will be responsible for providing quality service in a courteous, respectful, and safe manner which aligns with our On-Board Values. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Manage their given territory with exceptional service to customer accounts. Install and maintain chemical dispensers at restaurants, laundry, grocery and health care facilities. Install and maintain dish machines from under the counter to conveyor units at restaurants, grocery and health care facilities. Conduct routine and thorough preventative maintenance visits at customer accounts to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Respond to and resolve emergency service calls during business hours (after hours/weekends when on call). Create and maintain positive relationships with key individuals (customers, territory sales reps, suppliers, and co-workers). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Professional, flexible, and positive team player. Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity. Ability to work in high-pressure, customer-facing environments. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or carry; reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance or stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently required to lift up to 50 lbs. Constant use of hand truck to lift, move and place items. Must be able to safely tolerate heat or other inclement weather. Ability to use power tools as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material.
