We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chemist/WDXRF Technician to join our team in Dammam, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analyses using Wavelength Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence (WDXRF) technology, with a focus on mining samples, including gold and environmental materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical analyses on mining samples using WDXRF technology.
• Prepare and process samples for testing, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Interpret and report analytical results, maintaining detailed records.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of WDXRF equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve testing methods and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in XRF technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the mining industry.
• Proficiency in using WDXRF technology for chemical analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in a laboratory environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with gold and environmental sample analysis.
• Familiarity with other analytical techniques and instrumentation.
