Job Description Role purpose To ensure that quality of raw materials, packing materials and finished products are in accordance with company quality specifications and standards and ensure execution of daily laboratory workloads according to the set schedules and standards as well as development works. Accountabilities Ensure that workings are compliance with HSE&Q standard and policy Conduct laboratory works to ensure testing is in accordance with lab procedures and instructions as per company standards. Ensure lab equipment and instrument are adequately serviced, maintained and properly calibrated Verify in process/finished product inspected in warehouse to ensure all products are in good conditions before supply to customer. Verify testing records and maintain the records. Provide periodical lab summary. Conduct QC / lab work compliance with the company QMS & HSE, ISO9001/14001/45001, ISO17025 requirements Conduct of lab / QC development works as per assign. Primary investigation of chemical details for support investigation team. To communicate effectively and proactively with internal customer, in order to manage effectively and identify and act upon opportunities for improvement. Be able to plan of work Qualifications Knowledge, experience & capabilities Critical knowledge Bachelor degree of Chemistry or related science. Be able to shift working Capable in using GC, HPLC and UV-Spectrophotometer Proficiency in LIMS and SAP Critical experience At least 3 months experience with analytical instrument and chemical techniques Other Behaviours Critical for the role: Service minded Work with “ Yes ” mentality Additional Information Team work culture Positive Attitude Flexibility in working shifts
