What will you be doing?

• Perform and oversee complex chemical analyses and physical analysis of PCB samples. plating baths, surface finishes, and process solutions (e.g., copper plating /immersion tin , etc.). using techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, chromatography, and other analytical methods.
• Maintain and calibrate analytical equipment (e.g., ICP-OES, CVS, SEM/EDS, IC, Elongation etc.), ensuring reliability and compliance with laboratory standards.
• Design and execute physical and chemical analysis methods to support customer applications.
• Provide technical support and analytical services to customers, including sample analysis, data interpretation, and reporting.
• Building advanced failure analysis and technical investigation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical service, and product development to support customer projects.
• Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, and adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) policies.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and customer reports. 

Who are You?

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5years of experience in chemical analysis, preferably in the PCB, electronics, or surface finishing industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with analytical instruments (ICP-OES, CVS, SEM/EDS, IC, Elongation etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of PCB wet processes (plating, etching, surface treatment).
• Familiarity with quality management systems and laboratory accreditation standards.
