Summary We are looking to hire a Chemistry Content Developer to join us in our mission to educate the world. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team creating chemistry content that appears on our digital education platforms. A significant component of the job will be writing audience-appropriate content and identifying areas where content needs to be improved or added. Responsibilities Write and review academic content to ensure it is developmentally suitable, well-structured, and appropriate for students learning chemistry Analyze textbooks and curricula to derive course structure and plan content Identify topics where content needs to be added or improved to incorporate relevant and engaging materials Review chemistry content translated into Arabic to guarantee that the translated content is of high quality and meets the linguistic and cultural needs of the target learners (if applicable) Develop assessments and learning objectives to measure student progress and work on curriculum refinement Qualifications & Work Experience An undergraduate degree or higher in chemistry Experience teaching chemistry or creating educational content in this area Strong command of both written and spoken English Experience with EdTech products is a plus Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication skills Excellent organization and time management skills Adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to learn Accuracy and attention to detail Research skills Ability to relate to K–12 grade students Ability to work within a team as well as individually Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to produce high-quality work to meet tight deadlines
