Description We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team in North Memphis. This is an excellent opportunity to become a permanent employee with a growing company. The ideal candidate will have recent experience operating a cherry picker (order picker) forklift, be comfortable working at heights, and have a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and productivity. Requirements Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker forklift to pull and stock inventory. Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or warehouse management systems. Retrieve and store products at heights of up to 30-40 feet. Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials throughout the warehouse. Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures. Meet productivity and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent cherry picker/order picker experience required. Must have a valid forklift certification/license (or be able to become certified). Experience using RF scanners preferred. Ability to work at elevated heights without fear. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (if required).
Responsibilities
Operate a cherry picker forklift to accurately pull and stock inventory at heights up to 40 feet. Responsible for loading, unloading, and staging materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
