We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Cherry Picker and Stand-up Forklift Driver to support our replenishment operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and order availability by breaking case packs and restocking pick bins with loose product. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at height, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklift and Stand-Up Reach forklift safely and efficiently. Pull and replenish product from overstock locations to pick bins; break open cases into individual units as needed. Handle products with precision to maintain accuracy and prevent damage. Use RF scanner to track inventory movements and ensure real-time updates. Safely secure and transport loads at elevation (up to 30 feet). Perform regular equipment checks and report any issues or concerns. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols. Support general warehouse functions as needed. Requirements Requirements: 1+ year of Cherry Picker experience required – must be comfortable operating at elevated heights. Previous stand up reach forklift operation experience required. Experience using RF scanners preferred but not required. Ability to stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. High School Diploma or equivalent required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Able to twist, squat, and bend during shift Attention to detail Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week Capable of working in a fast-paced environment Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to lift 50 pounds WORK ENVIRONMENT: Primarily inside climate controlled building
