You will start as an hourly team member to learn our DNA from the ground up, with a clear, accelerated roadmap to transition into a Shift Manager role based on your mastery of our stations and culture At Steve’s, we believe you can’t lead a team until you’ve walked in their shoes. * Phase 1: The Foundation. You’ll start as a regular staff member, learning every station (Kitchen, FOH, Bar). * Phase 2: Accelerated Training. While you work the floor, you’ll receive 1-on-1 mentorship and "fast-track" operational training. * Phase 3: The Promotion. Once you have demonstrated mastery of all stations, proven your reliability, and shown you can motivate the team, you will be officially promoted to Shift Manager. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and support personnel, to deliver outstanding food service experiences. * Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations. * Manage inventory control and food safety procedures, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining proper storage practices. * Coordinate menu planning and execution for various dining formats such as fine dining, catering events, and banquet services. * Supervise shift operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient staffing coverage during peak hours. * Implement training programs focused on culinary skills, food handling safety, and customer service excellence. * Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols to uphold a safe working environment for all team members.
