The New Car Specialist, aka Delivery Coordinator, is primarily responsible for delivering new and used vehicles to the customers using Ressler’s procedures. New Car Specialist will be become certified for the brand(s) they will primarily be delivering while maintaining the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Delivery Duties: · Become an expert in product knowledge of all brand models. · Strive for a perfect delivery to all customers, including but not limited to: a service walk, a clean vehicle, a full tank of gas and ensuring that each customer understands their vehicle technology. · Work systematically not only in the sales process but also in the process of handling the many administrative requirements of the position, such as paperwork, reports and logging every customer. · Inspect vehicles prior to delivery. Customer Experience Duties: · Perform lot duties, including but not limited to, snow removal on vehicles, parking, display, pricing, lockup, and trade-in procedure. · Maintain showroom including but not limited to: vehicle placement, straight and orderly displays, dusting vehicles, orderly showroom desks, signage, etc. · Insure an exceptional customer experience by providing beverages, instructions on how to use Wi-Fi, and directions to various service departments.
