Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Current NYS RN License and registration
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Minimum of 2 years of experience in assessing patients for home care safety and developing care plans
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital or home care agency
Patient Review Instrument (PRI) assessment experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and proficiency in MS Office required
Bilingual skills are a plus

Compensation:
Hourly Salary: $80 hourly
