JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are recruiting an experienced Air Freight and Sea Freight Supervisor for the Chicago area. This position will report directly to the CEO of the North America region. The role will be fully responsible for overseeing the air freight and sea freight teams in Chicago, ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of both international and domestic freight. The ideal candidate should have professional knowledge of the logistics industry, especially in freight forwarding, and possess excellent team management and operational optimization skills.
We are also looking for a candidate who is sincere, honest and has strong leadership abilities.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of experience in international logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with air and sea freight operations and relevant regulations. Relevant certifications are required.

SKILLS:

• Team management experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and office software, with strong data analysis skills.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently in cross-departmental and cross-cultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure, with the flexibility to handle unexpected situations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Fluent in English, bilingual in English and Chinese is required.
