As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Contract Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for planning and executing recruiting activities for hourly manufacturing professionals to include Production Associates, Operators, Maintenance, Electricians and Front Line Leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sourcing and recruitment efforts for high volume recruiting needs for the Chicago Bakery. This role will build relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers to define sourcing strategies, gather and understand the position requirements to effectively identify talent that is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of the role. When partnering with the hiring manager, the manufacturing recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.
The function of this role is to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding. This person will develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing, minority and trade job fairs, targeted advertising, college and community outreach.
The recruiter will manage internal and external job posting procedures, capturing applicant flow accurately and consistently leveraging the applicant tracking system (WorkDay). This role is accountable to ensuring that all recruitment procedures are consistent for all positions to ensure compliance with EEOC recruitment and selection records retention requirements. The Recruiter will utilize their influencing, interpersonal, selling and closing skills to encourage candidates to accept a Mondelēz International offer as an Employer of Choice.
