Position: Poultry Catcher
Location: Various Farms (Pick up from Gloucester)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,432.80 per annum

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Poultry Catchers. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various farms, catching live poultry (chickens), and loading them for transportation back to the processing site. This position requires working in a physically demanding environment and involves bank holidays, irregular hours, including both day and night shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including day and night shifts.
• Two Saturday shifts a month are required paid at time and half
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Travel to different farms in a team environment.
• Catch and handle live poultry safely and humanely.
• Adhere to all safety and biosecurity protocols.
