Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for great food and excellent customer service? Are you experienced in working with fried chicken and other taekaway items? We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Shop Manager to lead one of our Chicken Cottage outlets.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly environment where you’ll have the freedom to run the store like your own — with the backing of a supportive head office team.

• Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of front- and back-of-house staff
• Maintain top-tier hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards
• Handle rotas, staffing levels, and performance reviews
• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and reduce waste
• Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care

• Track sales performance and work towards business targets

• What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant (QSR)

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to train and develop team members
• Confident decision-maker who thrives in a busy kitchen + front-of-house environment
• Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of food hygiene, health & safety (Level 2 or 3 certificate is a bonus)
