JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and thorough Chief Accountant to join our team in Romania. As the Chief Accountant, you will demonstrate your exceptional management skills and accounting expertise in a variety of corporate accounting practices. Your accuracy, efficiency, and in-depth knowledge of the current statutory framework for tax and financial reporting in Romania is crucial for the success on the role.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting or a relevant field. CPA or relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Chief Accountant in a corporate setting.
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software (SUN and SAP is a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.

• Able to motivate the team and lead by example.
