Position Title: Chief Accountant – Property Development

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certifications: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA (qualified or part-qualified) preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 7 years in accounting and finance.
• At least 3 years in a senior accounting role within property development or real estate (required).

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Experience in audits, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

SOFT SKILLS

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Property Development: 7 years (Required)

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide management with actionable insights for decision-making.
