• Key Responsibilities:
• 
  
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise finance team

• 
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• 
  
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital

• 
  
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes

• 
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and filing requirements

• 
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations, including registration, accurate calculation, timely filing, and payment

• 
  
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities

• 
  
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth

• 
  
• Monitor inventory accounting and cost control systems

• 
  
• Evaluate investment opportunities, ROI, and risk management

• 
  
• Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws

• Education & Certification:
• Mandatory: Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA)

• Experience:
• 
  
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting

• 
  
• At least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role

• 
  
• Experience in a trading or distribution company is highly preferred

• 
  
• UAE experience and familiarity with local financial regulations is a must

• 
  
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax law and compliance
