JOB RESPONSIBILTIES

• Approves wires and ACH payments
• Month End Closing
• Prepares financial statements in Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Cognos
• Supports parent company’s efforts for an IPO on Thai stock exchange.
• Prepares additional financial schedules at each quarter end and year end.
• Prepares KPI calculations each month.
• Banking
• Tax Returns
• Manages periodic internal audit engagements.
• Manages annual audit engagement by external audit firm.
• Responsible of other related processes in Finance and Accounting
