* Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records. * Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets. * Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations including VAT and other statutory requirements. * Prepare documentation and coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. * Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support management decisions. * Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies. * Utilize ERP systems to manage accounting and reporting processes. Requirements * Experience: 7–10 years in accounting or finance. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * Certifications: CPA, CMA, or ACCA (advanced level) preferred. * Preferred Industry: Tourism, Hospitality, or App-based companies. * Skills: Budgeting, financial reporting, month-end closing, tax & VAT compliance, audit preparation. * Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or Zoho preferred.
