REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with 7+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

· Supervise the accounting team, review their work, and ensure accuracy in journal entries, reconciliations, and overall financial reporting to minimize errors and maintain data integrity.
· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, reforecasts, variance analysis, and cash flow projections.
·Review and reconcile accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger, while ensuring quality control over all financial transactions and reporting.
·Monitor and manage project costs, approve estimates and payments, and implement cost-control measures to optimize budgets and profitability.
·Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments to maintain positive cash flow and address discrepancies promptly.
·Generate and analyze MIS reports to provide actionable financial insights for decision-making and overall business strategy.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, implement internal controls, and coordinate with auditors for annual and interim audit processes.
·Oversee tax planning and compliance, including VAT filings, maintaining documentation for audits, and staying updated on tax laws and regulations.
· Manage the financial planning process, including the preparation of annual budgets, long-term financial projections, and periodic performance reviews.
·Collaborate with other departments, including procurement and HR, to align financial strategies with business objectives, optimize purchasing, and support payroll and compensation planning.
· Lead and mentor the accounting team, providing training, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
