POSITION OVERVIEW

The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The CAO will oversee and integrate the strategic direction of sales enablement, brand, identity and reputation, training and development, internal communications, culture office, and growth operations. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in enabling revenue growth, fostering organizational culture, and shaping FloresHR’s identity and reputation in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field; master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales enablement, brand/reputation management, operations, or related fields, with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales enablement and growth operations functions.
  • Strong expertise in brand, identity, reputation management, and thought leadership.
  • Proven ability to design and implement training programs and foster a strong organizational culture.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in performance metrics, analytics, and technology platforms (CRM, automation, data dashboards, etc.).
