Job Content
- You are going to build and maintain an analytics forum across STARK Group Sourcing.
- Scoping of STARK Sourcing projects is an important task.
- You will establish best practice for developing, producing, analyzing, and communicating KPI’s and analytics, as well as sharing the best practices within the analytics network.
- Setting definitions, governance and standards around Sourcing Tools and reporting.
- Develop a set of standard reports to be used across sourcing community.
- You are going to be responsible for closer integration of German and UK business units into Group Toolbox.
- Part of your role is to be a strong communicator within sourcing.
- You will be integrating AI into Sourcing Excellence.
- Work closely with our colleagues within Project Athene (IT transformation project) to ensure Sourcing has the best possible foundation to achieve its ambitious targets set in the strategy.
- You will develop the future roadmap of Sourcing Excellence.
- Assist local sourcing teams in the business units on training and education within our reports and tools.
- Ensure setting, tracking, and following up on payment terms targets within the local business units.
- Assist in creating presentation material for senior management.
- Help ‘telling the story behind the figures’ (savings, price increases etc.) in sourcing and help to understand and explain BU effects of Sourcing savings.

- Since your manager is located in Copenhagen, the preferred location for this position is in Copenhagen as well.

Who are we looking for
- A key to success in this role, is the ability to combine skills in analytics with a genuine business understanding.
- You have a passion for data and analysis to identify improvement potentials and present ideas in an appealing format.
- You have minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role, in a large, international environment or management consultancy background.
- You are comfortable working in the complexity of an international matrix organization.
- Your Stakeholder Management Skills are excellent, and so are your communication skills.
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to assimilate information.
- Super User in, or at least very familiar with, Power BI and other BI tools.
- Excellent MS Office, particular Excel, and Power Point skills.
- You have drive and curiosity, are proactive, innovative and an initiator – these are words that describe you.
- You thrive in collaborating with others.
- You have flair and ability to communicate complex information in a direct and understandable format.
- IT knowledge and interest.
- Comfortable working in English (corporate language)
