Description:
Major/Essential Functions
Captures, edits, and archives video and photography, as well as designs visual content for the Texas Tech University System Chancellor and Board of Regents, Office of the President, Office of Institutional Advancement, and TTUHSC El Paso external communication requests.
Makes edits/changes on all assigned projects as needed.
Responsible for regular inventory and maintenance of video equipment and supplies.
Assists other IA videographer and photographers, as needed.
Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes.
Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required plus five years progressively responsible related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Must have previous video, photo, and design experience with working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite or other editing program(s).
Ability to operate video and camera equipment.
Typography skills.
