QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior business leadership roles, such as CBO, COO, or Head of Strategy/Sales,etc.
• Strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering financial growth.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in market expansion and strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• MBA or advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and maintain a competitive market position.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Market Expansion: Lead market research and expansion initiatives to unlock new revenue streams.
• Operational Excellence: Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency and optimize performance.
• Financial Oversight: Work closely with the CFO to forecast, budget, and monitor financial performance.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across business functions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
