Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a vital member of the Pembroke Hospital’s executive leadership team. The CCO is responsible for overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of all clinical programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in social work
• LICSW required
• 5 years’ or more experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
• Strongly prefer clinical management experience in multiple settings - inpatient, partial hospital, and/or outpatient
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commision, CMS, patient rights standards, and other applicable federal and state laws and regulation governing mental health care facilities
