POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeders is looking for a visionary and strategic Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead global commercial operations who loves to make his/her hands dirty. As CCO, you will be responsible for developing and executing Seeders’ international sales, and business development strategies. You will work closely with the executive team to drive growth and brand awareness while ensuring a customer-centric approach that aligns with Seeders’ values.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• At least 8+ years of experience in senior commercial within agency roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Experience in online marketing agencies is a strong plus.
• Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEA, link building, and content marketing.
• Proven experience in winning major pitches and tenders.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and a focus on measurable results.
• A network within the digital marketing or tech industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
