Description

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer to lead our Group-wide B2C commercial strategy and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across multiple markets.

You will own overall commercial performance, including revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and commercial P&L. Leading the commercial agenda across player acquisition, CRM, retention, loyalty, and VIP management, you will drive growth in our player base while strengthening engagement and long-term customer value.

Working closely with Country Managers, centralised B2C specialists, and cross-functional leaders, you will translate Group priorities into clear market plans, effective investment decisions, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial strategy and performance: Define and execute the Group’s B2C commercial strategy, owning revenue targets, budgets, profitability, EBITDA, and overall commercial P&L across markets.
  • Drive efficient player acquisition: Lead acquisition across paid media, affiliates, partnerships, and organic channels, improving First-Time Depositor (FTD) growth, conversion quality, acquisition costs, and long-term player value.
  • Strengthen retention and engagement: Direct player segmentation, CRM lifecycle management, reactivation, cross-sell, loyalty, and VIP strategies to increase sustained activity and customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Improve promotional effectiveness: Ensure promotional investment contributes to sustainable Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and profitability, while reducing reliance on bonus-driven retention.
  • Champion the player experience: Partner with Product, Technology, Payments, and Customer Service to prioritise improvements that support acquisition, deposits, engagement, and retention.
  • Embed data-led decision-making: Establish consistent commercial reporting and use performance insights to guide planning, budget allocation, channel optimisation, and corrective action.
  • Align Group and country delivery: Set clear commercial priorities with Country Managers while maintaining their accountability for local execution and country performance.
  • Build commercial capability: Provide leadership to centralised specialists and country teams, strengthening collaboration, accountability, and the sharing of effective practices across markets.
