Our client is building the commercial backbone for next-generation payments and financial infrastructure. Their payment orchestration platform enables enterprises to scale globally while maintaining control, resilience, and regulatory confidence. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to own and drive the company’s global commercial strategy. The Role The Chief Commercial Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s commercial and revenue strategy on a global scale. This is a senior executive leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of revenue growth, client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution across all regions and verticals. Key Responsibilities Define, own, and execute the company’s commercial and revenue strategy across products and markets Lead sales, partnerships, and commercial operations with full accountability for growth targets Build and scale enterprise and strategic partnership pipelines across PSPs, acquirers, schemes, and technology partners Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align roadmap priorities with market demand Act as a senior external representative with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders Develop pricing, packaging, and commercial models suitable for a payment orchestration platform Establish scalable sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance metrics Ensure strong alignment with Compliance and Risk teams when operating in regulated markets Candidate Profile Proven senior commercial leadership experience within payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquirers, schemes, and alternative payment methods Demonstrated track record of scaling revenue in B2B or enterprise technology environments Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements and strategic partnerships Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability Comfortable operating in regulated environments and working closely with compliance and legal teams Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, motivate, and inspire high-performance teams
