WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

  • You develop and evaluate business cases for strategic initiatives, investments and M&A projects, and analyze opportunities, risks and alternative scenarios.
  • You create ad-hoc evaluations, strategic analyses and decision templates for Group CFO and top management, and derive clear, pragmatic recommendations for action from them.
  • You identify and quantify potential value creation opportunities and help to track the expected financial impact during implementation.
  • You will be responsible for the commercial evaluation of expansion projects throughout their lifecycle – from critically reviewing business cases to post-project cost calculations. You will also conduct regular portfolio analyses, derive key insights and recommendations, and thus contribute to further refining our strategy.
  • You coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives, structure work packages, and keep track of responsibilities, milestones, and open decisions.
  • You will support the Director of Controlling in conceptual work and special topics - from structuring the question to the decision proposal and follow-up.
  •

WHAT CONVINCES US

  • You have a completed degree in business administration, finance, economics or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic controlling, corporate finance, management consulting, a PMO, or business development. Experience working with top management is particularly welcome.
  • You have in-depth expertise in business case modeling, investment and profitability calculations, as well as scenario and sensitivity analyses. M&A knowledge is a plus.
  • You quickly grasp complex issues, structure them in an understandable way, and translate them into meaningful models and pragmatic recommendations.
  • You communicate convincingly – even at the top management level – and prepare content clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, both in writing and orally.
  • You work independently, in a structured and pragmatic manner, reliably coordinate multiple topics, and demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and initiative. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; BI knowledge is an advantage.
