FCM is currently seeking a qualified Chief Compliance Officer. Remote location is acceptable but residing in Texas is preferrable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recent experience as a Compliance Officer with a bank or mortgage company.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mortgage compliance including preparing and responding to state and agency exams.
• Meticulous attention to detail in conducting audits, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accuracy in compliance documentation and communication.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Travel to Houston, Texas for monthly board meeting.
