To set the right tone, we’re looking for a Chief Concierge capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.     A little taste of your day-to-day:   Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: * Lead and oversee the full concierge operation, including the concierge desk, bell service, transport arrangements, and valet partners * Deliver consistently warm, professional, and highly personalised service to all guests * Build strong guest relationships and anticipate needs before they are requested * Act as the main source of trusted local knowledge, including dining, attractions, events, and transportation * Coordinate and oversee VIP arrivals, group movements, and complex guest requests * Handle guest concerns calmly, using feedback to drive service improvements * Work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys * Maintain excellent standards of appearance, organisation, and presence in lobby and concierge areas * Lead by example as a brand ambassador and actively promote hotel services and experiences   What We need from you:   * Strong communication, leadership, and guest service skills * Solid experience in concierge or guest services within a hotel or resort environment * Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a concierge setting * A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and motivate a team * Strong local knowledge or the ability to build it quickly and accurately * Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional under pressure * Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays * Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage * High school qualification or equivalent; hospitality education is a plus   What you can expect from us:   We give our people everything they need to succeed.
