Hilton Adelaide offers unrivalled conference and events facilities comprising of 19 meeting rooms. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide able to host 500 delegates to meet, eat and sleep, all under one roof.

Responsibilities

As Chief Concierge, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver consistently exceptional guest service that aligns with Hilton’s service vision and values. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily concierge, bell, and valet operations
  • Greeting and supporting VIPs, long-stay guests, and visitors with warmth and efficiency
  • Providing personalised recommendations on local dining, attractions, entertainment, and transport
  • Handling guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, using Hilton’s HEART and Make it Right service recovery models
  • Collaborating with the Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless experiences
  • Maintaining a strong lobby presence to manage flow, queues, and guest relations
  • Coaching, training, and developing the Concierge team to meet service and brand standards
  • Driving revenue through transportation, tour bookings, and upselling hotel services
  • Managing systems, handovers, reports, and guest records to Hilton standards
  • Ensuring safety, WHS compliance, and adherence to brand protocols at all times
