About the location: Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina. The Role of Chief Concierge: We currently have an exciting opportunity for the Chief Concierge - Seasonal to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece! Reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms, you will play a key leadership role throughout the pre-opening phase and future operations, ensuring the successful preparation and execution of all departmental standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a world-class team at one of the most anticipated new openings in the region. As Chef Concierge, you will be instrumental in building the Concierge operation from the ground up. From recruiting and training a knowledgeable and service-oriented team to establishing the systems, partnerships, and Four Seasons service standards that define our exceptional guest care. Once operational, you will lead the Concierge team in curating authentic, personalized experiences for our guests, showcasing the best of Mykonos with genuine warmth and expertise. You will cultivate strong local relationships, collaborate closely with other departments, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the intuitive service and attention to detail for which Four Seasons is known. Our ideal Chief Concierge candidate will have: Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Desk, or Guest Services role within a luxury hotel or resort. Strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple channels of guest correspondence. A passion for service and destination knowledge, with an enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage requests efficiently and perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests, colleagues, and local partners. Comfortable using hotel software and guest experience platforms. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English; Greek language would be ideal. A second foreign language is considered an asset. Skilled in workforce planning, scheduling, and preparing roster proposals aligned with the approved annual budget. All Applicants must possess the legal right to work in Greece.
