WHAT YOU’LL BRING - QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL SET:

• 7+ years of content strategy and development, ideally with a focus on digital, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale content operations with measurable impact on audience growth and brand reputation.
• Experience developing branded content, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and navigating the business side of media.
• Strong design and visual storytelling sensibility, especially for digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills; experience building and scaling diverse creative teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated brand and content strategies across multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of brand voice, storytelling, SEO, audience engagement, and analytics.
• Experience in a content-heavy environment (media, entertainment, digital publishing, SaaS, etc.).
• Keenly attuned to and ahead of the curve on current events, what’s trending, popular, cool and relevant in today’s world.
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to balance storytelling, brand strategy, and business objectives.
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, including social media, SEO, paid media, and emerging tech (AI, Web3, streaming).
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and performance measurement tools.
