Coho Technology Solutions is seeking a Chief Cybersecurity / DevSecOps Lead to serve as the principal authority for all cybersecurity and compliance efforts. This role enforces a defense-in-depth strategy and “shift-left” security model throughout development pipelines to meet federal security and privacy mandates. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Lead the implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture. Manage ATO processes and conduct security control assessments. Ensure compliance with NIST RMF, FedRAMP, and Title 13 standards. Integrate security automation into DevSecOps workflows. Develop enterprise-level cybersecurity policies, procedures, and playbooks. Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with federal security authorities as needed. Oversee vulnerability management and ensure timely remediation of identified risks. Conduct regular cybersecurity training and awareness programs for development teams.
