REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

 Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a data
analytics team.
 The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DOMO experience; however, not required.
 Expertise in data governance, architecture, and cloud platforms and cloud-based solutions.
 Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and statistical modeling tools.
 Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and their business applications.
 Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex
data sets.
 Strong knowledge of data privacy laws on both the Federal and State(s) level such as HIPAA,
GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and regulatory compliance requirements.
 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 Strategic thinking and the ability to align data initiatives with organizational objectives.
 Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
 A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data science, with at least 5+

years in a leadership role.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a

related field.

  • Proven track record of driving enterprise-wide data strategies and analytics initiatives.
  • Certifications in data analytics, cloud computing, or AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics,

Google Data Engineer) preferred.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Senior Director, Data & Analytics at ndm, you will be responsible for leading the
organization’s data strategy, ensuring the effective use of data and analytics to drive business growth,
operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role involves overseeing data governance,
data engineering, business intelligence, AI initiatives, and analytics functions, while ensuring data
integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in data management, leadership, and the ability to translate data insights into
business value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
 Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives.
 Oversee all data-related projects, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance.
 Lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms.
 Promote a culture of analytics, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
 Oversee data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations,
including HIPAA and GDPR.
 Lead the company to identify AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics for business
innovation.
 Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility across all business units.
 Integrate disparate data sources into a unified, accessible data ecosystem.
 Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and visualization tools to provide
actionable insights.
 Collaborate with leadership and executive leadership to define KPIs, track business
performance, and provide strategic recommendations.
 Lead exploratory and confirmatory data analysis, including modeling and qualitative analysis for
past and future projects.
 Work with internal teams and clients to provide actionable insights for campaign performance,
business opportunities, and internal process enhancements.
 Oversee data lifecycle management, data licensing, and standards for data strategy
implementation.
 Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data and analytics team.
 Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Client Service and
Strategy and other departments to support data-driven initiatives.
 Partner with external vendors, technology partners, and consultants to optimize data solutions.
 Serve as a backup resource for the Director, Data & Analytics, performing tasks when capacity is
needed.
 Occasional travel for client meetings and relevant conferences
 Perform other duties, as assigned.
