Start Your Journey with Midas Hospitality: Midas Hospitality is seeking a Chief Engineer to oversee our maintenance department at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Van, Texas. This person will oversee all aspects of the hotel maintenance department including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems and preventive maintenance program. What You Will Be Doing: Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment. Diagnose problems or repair machines. Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment. Maintains a Preventative Maintenance Program within the rooms to ensure they are being kept up to standards on a quarterly basis and the proper documentation is being recorded. Responds to maintenance requests received from Front Desk or Housekeeping within 15 minutes (occupied rooms).
