Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation) Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm) Responsible for trash, groundskeeping, stocking supplies, pool maintenance, etc Collaborate with other professionals during renovations Report to General Manager or facilities maintenance manager
