Responsible for preventive maintenance programs, departmental leadership, and coordination with vendors and contractors. Maintains a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility for guests and team members. Prior Hotel Experience Preferred Specific Job Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk/stand a total of 8 hours per day. Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs. Must be able to carry 35–50 lbs. up to 200 ft. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder level, kneel, grasp, push, and pull.
