RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the maintenance staff and oversee all repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks. * Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all equipment and systems. * Inspect and maintain the physical features of the property including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds. * Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and projects. REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. * Strong technical knowledge of building systems and equipment. * Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
