QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Full-time management position that requires schedule flexibility.
• 5+ years of related experience including mechanical trades, project management, construction and renovation projects.
• 5+ years of management experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building mechanical and structural issues.
• Knowledge and application of OSHA requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure with demonstrated customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management and residents.
• A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively lead others to achieve key results.
