Company Description Turtle Village is an exclusive shopping center located on Mai Khao Beach, situated directly adjacent to the Anantara Resort & Spa, Anantara Vacation Club and JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa. Encompassing over 6,000 square meters, this uniquely designed environment provides visitors with a delightful shopping experience. Turtle Village offers an array of local handicrafts, souvenirs, and international brand products. It also houses a variety of fine-dining restaurants and bars. Job Description You will manage the Engineering department, ensuring the efficient running of the all plaza or shopping center facilities, including all fire and life safety equipment and systems. It will be your responsibility to plan and manage all preventative maintenance work, new projects, extensions, and renovations. You will be involved in preparing the Engineering budget for the property, and will provide the Engineering knowledge for the shopping center strategic and operational plans. You will monitor energy usage in the shopping center, and implement initiatives to conserve energy wherever possible. Qualifications • College degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. • Five years operating experience in a similar capacity. • Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments. • Familiar with the local government requirements and regulations. • Passion for leadership.
