WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Chief Estimator you’ll oversee and manage an estimating team and function in M Group Water reporting to the Executive Director. You’ll ensure competence, capacity and compliance of a world class estimating function that supports and delivers against our values and business plan.
You’ll be responsible for leading and developing the Estimating function for M Group water. Ensuring quality, timely delivery and alignment with governance. Support strategic bids, promote collaboration across teams and drive continuous improvement. You’ll oversee resources, reporting , and talent development.
You’ll champion health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental standards. Build string client relationships, support business planning and ensure customer satisfaction. Encourage a positive, inclusive culture and robust risk management. Work closely with leadership to meet commercial goals and uphold M Group water values.
